The form of this vase is rather awkward. Note how visually unbalanced it feels due to the overly large size of the flaring neck compared to the body. For this vase to work more successfully as a three dimensional form, the body should either have more presence, such as a rounding of its shape, or the neck should be made smaller and less visually demanding.
