Guide Review - "Ceramics: Art and Perception" Magazine Reviewed
Ceramics: Art and Perception is a polished periodical probably of most interest to professional clay artists, academics, and those who have a serious appreciation for the ceramic arts as art. It is very international in scope and coverage.

Articles focus on individual ceramic artists, ceramic art criticism, and ceramic art aesthetics. The publication does not discriminate between areas of ceramics, either. It covers all facets of ceramic art, from functional art, vessel forms, and purely sculptural works.

Ceramics: Art and Perception has the overall flavor of a professional journal as opposed to a popular magazine. Even so, it is accessible, readable, and very interesting even to a non-academic audience. Advertisements are present but regulated to the back.
